Installation

Each order includes a full-scale installation template indicating mounting holes and wire pass-through points.

Mechanical Installation (Flush or Stud Mount)

1. Clean and prepare the wall surface

2. Align installation template using a level

3. Mark drilling and wire pass-through locations

4. Drill holes for mounting studs and wiring access

5. Remove the template

6. Insert anchors if required

7. Attach threaded studs to back of letters (for stud mount)

8. Position letters onto the wall

Flush mount places letters closer to the wall.
Stud mount creates additional spacing, enhancing halo projection.

Electrical Wiring Installation

1. Pull wiring leads through rear wall access holes

2. Identify positive (+) and negative (–) wires from each letter

3. Connect all negative wires together

4. Connect all positive wires together

5. Connect grouped negative wires to power supply negative terminal

6. Connect grouped positive wires to power supply positive terminal

7. Secure all wiring connections

8. Install UL Certified power supply in an accessible location

9. Test illumination (including RGB function if applicable)

10. Finalize mounting and alignment

Correct polarity (positive to positive, negative to negative) is essential for safe LED operation.
