These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website Signbux.com and all services provided by Signbux (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including custom signage design, fabrication, permitting assistance, delivery, installation, maintenance, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By visiting our website, requesting a quote, approving an estimate, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.
If any signed estimate, invoice, or project document conflicts with these Terms, the signed document will take priority.
1. SCOPE OF SERVICES
Signbux provides professional custom signage solutions including design, manufacturing, permitting assistance, delivery, installation, removal, and repair services.
All projects are strictly governed by approved estimates, invoices, and written change orders.
2. ESTIMATES AND CUSTOMER APPROVALS
Customers are fully responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all project details before production, including:
Artwork accuracy and spelling
Dimensions and sizing
Materials and finishes
Mounting methods and structure
Electrical requirements
Site readiness and conditions
Approval confirms full responsibility for accuracy. Any changes after approval may result in additional charges and delays.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
Orders under 2,000 USD require full payment in advance.
Orders of 2,000 USD or more require a 50 percent deposit, with the remaining balance due before shipping or upon installation completion.
No product or service will be released without full payment.
Late payments may result in administrative charges, collection costs, and legal recovery expenses where permitted by law.
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
4.1 Production Timeline
Production begins only after full approval and required payment is received.
4.2 Delivery Methods
We ship via freight, parcel services, local delivery, or customer pickup depending on size, weight, and project requirements.
4.3 Risk and Ownership
Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery to carrier or pickup from our facility.
Ownership remains with Signbux until full payment is completed.
4.4 Inspection Requirement
Customers must inspect all deliveries immediately upon receipt. Any damage must be:
Noted on delivery paperwork
Photographed clearly
Reported within five business days
Failure to report within this period may affect eligibility for claims.
4.5 Freight Claims
We assist with freight claims; however, final approval and compensation are determined by the carrier.
4.6 Storage and Delivery Delays
If delivery is delayed due to customer unavailability or site issues, storage fees may apply.
4.7 Refused Deliveries
Unjustified refusal of shipments may result in return shipping charges, handling fees, and administrative costs.
5. INSTALLATION SERVICES
Installation is available upon request and quoted separately.
Customers must ensure:
Safe and clear site access
Structural suitability
Electrical readiness
Required permits unless included in scope
If installation cannot proceed due to site conditions, additional remobilization charges may apply.
6. ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS
All electrical connections must be completed by a licensed electrician in compliance with local regulations.
Failure to comply voids all electrical related warranty coverage.
7. WARRANTY POLICY
Signbux provides structured warranty coverage to ensure quality and reliability under proper use and installation conditions.
7.1 Installation Labor Warranty
A three month labor warranty applies only to projects installed by Signbux.
This covers workmanship defects and related labor corrections.
No labor warranty applies to:
Delivery only orders
Customer installed products
Third party installations
7.2 LED Warranty Coverage
We provide a two year limited warranty on LED components and power supplies.
First three months for installed projects include parts, labor, and travel coverage.
After three months up to two years, LED parts are covered, while labor and travel are billed separately.
Delivery only projects include parts only.
7.3 Fabrication Warranty
A one year warranty covers manufacturing defects including:
Structural fabrication
Welding integrity
Cabinet construction
Paint and coating defects
Company supplied materials
7.4 Warranty Limitations
Warranty becomes void in cases of:
Improper installation
Unauthorized modifications
Electrical misuse
Physical damage
Vandalism
Weather related extreme events
Power surges or incorrect voltage
7.5 Weather Disclaimer
Signs are built according to applicable standards where required. Extreme weather conditions beyond design limits are not covered. Customers are responsible for adequate insurance.
7.6 Post Warranty Service
Service requests outside warranty are billed at standard service rates including labor, travel, and equipment if required.
8. ABANDONED PROJECTS
Projects with no communication, approvals, or payment activity for 30 days or more may be considered abandoned.
Deposits may be forfeited and storage fees may apply.
9. MECHANIC LIEN RIGHTS
For installation projects, Signbux reserves the right to file mechanic liens or legal claims for unpaid balances where permitted by law.
10. MARKETING AND MEDIA RIGHTS
Signbux may photograph completed projects for use in marketing, portfolio, website content, and promotional materials unless written objection is provided before installation.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product involved.
12. INDEMNIFICATION
Customers agree to hold Signbux harmless against claims resulting from:
Customer supplied artwork or design issues
Third party installation errors
Structural mounting failures
Intellectual property violations
13. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control including:
Natural disasters
Supply chain disruptions
Labor shortages
Government actions
Transport interruptions
14. PROHIBITED USE
Users may not misuse the website, violate laws, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with system security or operations.
15. TERMINATION OF SERVICES
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services due to:
Non payment
Unsafe working conditions
Policy violations
Fraudulent activity
16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where services are performed.
17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, along with policies and signed project documents, represent the complete agreement between the customer and Signbux.
18. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of revised terms.
