REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Overview

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products and services, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in writing. Please review your order details carefully before approving production.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products (NON-RETURNABLE)

Most of our products, including but not limited to:

  • Custom-fabricated signs
  • LED signs
  • Storefront, pylon, monument signs
  • Printed graphics, vinyls, banners, and decals
  • Any product made to customer specifications

are custom-made and non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.
Deposits, design fees, permit fees, materials, fabrication, and labor costs are non-refundable once incurred.

Order Review Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving:

  • Artwork, spelling, dimensions, colors, and specifications
  • Site conditions and installation details

Approval confirms acceptance of all details. Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and extended timelines.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery or installation.

  • Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported in writing within five (5) business days of receipt.
  • Supporting photos and documentation may be required.
  • We reserve the right to inspect the product and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or correction.

Shipping Damage

If damage occurs during shipping:

  • The customer must notify us immediately and retain all packaging.
  • Shipping damage claims must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
  • Resolution is subject to carrier inspection and claim approval.

Cancellations

  • Orders canceled before production begins may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any design, engineering, administrative, permit, or third-party costs already incurred.
  • Orders canceled after production has begun are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, exchanges are not accepted. Any approved changes will be treated as a new or revised order and billed accordingly.

Sale Items

All discounted, clearance, or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

European Union Customers

If applicable and required by law, customers in the European Union may have statutory rights under local consumer protection laws. However, custom-made and personalized products are exempt from the EU 14-day cooling-off period.

Refund Processing (If Approved)

If a refund is approved in writing:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time is 7–14 business days after approval.
  • Bank or credit card processing times may vary.
