Push-Through Signage – Halo-Lit
Halo-Lit Push-Through Signage is a premium fabricated cabinet sign system where raised letters extend through a solid aluminum panel and illuminate from behind, creating a soft halo glow around each character.
The cabinet body is typically constructed with a depth of 1–2 inches, providing structural strength and internal space for LED components. Precision-cut openings are fabricated into the panel face, allowing raised letters to push through the surface.
In the halo-lit configuration:

Light emits around the raised letter edges, producing a reverse-lit halo effect
Letter faces may be finished with:

Inside the cabinet, LED modules are installed directly behind each letter. All internal wiring between letters is completed during manufacturing.
The system includes a UL Certified power supply installed inside the cabinet housing. This makes the unit fully self-contained.
From the cabinet, only one external electrical wire exits, which connects directly to the building’s electrical source.
