Metal Laminate Letters are primarily installed using a flush mounting method for a seamless, high-end appearance. They may also be mounted using 3M™ VHB double-sided adhesive tape depending on surface type and project requirements.
Flush Mount – Stud & Silicone Method
- Clean and prepare the mounting surface
- Align the full-scale installation template using a level
- Secure template to wall
- Drill holes at marked positions
- Remove the template
- Apply silicone adhesive into drilled holes
- Attach mounting hardware or studs to the back of letters
- Press letters firmly into position so they sit flush
- Verify spacing and alignment
- Allow silicone to cure for secure bonding
3M™ VHB Adhesive Method
- Clean and dry the wall surface thoroughly
- Align installation template and secure in place
- Remove VHB tape backing from each letter
- Position letters within template cutouts
- Apply firm, even pressure to ensure proper adhesion
- Remove installation template carefully
