Face-Lit Channel Letters

Face-Lit Channel Letters are the most widely used illuminated signage system across commercial properties in the United States. Designed for maximum visibility, these letters project bright LED light directly through the acrylic face, ensuring high readability during both daytime and nighttime operation.

Each letter is individually fabricated from stainless steel or aluminum returns, forming a durable three-dimensional housing. Inside the letter body, energy-efficient LED modules are installed to evenly illuminate the translucent acrylic face. The internal structure is engineered to eliminate hot spots and ensure uniform brightness.

Two construction styles are available:

Trim Cap (Serviceable Construction)
This style includes a removable trim cap securing the acrylic face. It allows future access for LED servicing and maintenance, making it ideal for long-term exterior building signage.

Trimless (Non-Serviceable Construction)
This version offers a seamless, modern appearance without a visible trim border. It is commonly used in architectural environments where aesthetics are prioritized over service access.

Face-lit channel letters are fabricated using corrosion-resistant materials and are suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations. All electrical components are UL Certified and comply with US commercial safety standards.

Mounting Options

Face-lit letters can be installed using:

• Flush (Direct) Mount: Letters mount directly to the building façade with wiring passing through the wall behind each letter.
  

• Stud Mount: Letters are mounted using threaded studs that create slight projection from the wall surface, adding dimensional presence.
  

For both methods, rear wall access is required to route electrical wiring and connect to the power supply.
