Face & Halo-Lit Channel Letters provide a premium dual-illumination system that combines strong forward-facing brightness with a soft architectural halo glow. This design enhances brand visibility while adding dimensional depth and nighttime elegance.
The front acrylic face illuminates outward, delivering high readability from a distance. Simultaneously, LED modules positioned internally project light through an acrylic back diffuser, creating a halo effect on the mounting surface.
Fabricated using stainless steel or aluminum returns, these letters are built for durability and corrosion resistance. The dual illumination system makes them particularly suitable for high-end commercial applications where both brightness and sophistication are required.
These letters are UL Certified and rated for both interior and exterior use.
Mounting Options

Flush Mount: Letters mount directly against the surface for a tighter architectural look.

Stud Mount: Letters project slightly from the wall, enhancing halo light diffusion and shadow depth.
Rear wall access is mandatory to route electrical wiring behind the mounting surface.

Mechanical Installation
- Position full-scale template and level properly
- Mark mounting holes and wire pass-through points
- Drill mounting and wiring holes
- Remove template
- Insert anchors where required
- Install letters (flush or stud mount configuration)
Electrical Wiring
- Pull wiring through rear wall access holes
- Identify positive (+) and negative (–) wires from each letter
- Connect all negative wires together
- Connect all positive wires together
- Connect grouped wires to UL Certified power supply
- Secure transformer in accessible location
- Test illumination before final tightening
- Final secure mounting
