Custom Shape Cabinet Signs, also referred to as contour-cut lightbox signs, are illuminated cabinet signage systems fabricated in fully customized shapes rather than standard square or rectangular formats.
These lightbox signs maintain the same structural integrity as standard cabinet signs but allow for unique outlines, logo-matched contours, and brand-specific silhouettes. The cabinet body is fabricated from aluminum with a minimum depth of 2.5 inches, providing adequate internal space for LED modules and wiring.
The face panel is custom cut to match the required shape, and internal LED modules illuminate the translucent acrylic face for even forward-facing brightness.
Serviceable Construction
Custom cabinet signs include a trim cap frame that secures the face panel while allowing access to internal components. This serviceable construction ensures long-term maintenance capability.
Mounting Method
Custom shape cabinet signs are installed using a flush mount configuration, secured directly to the building façade. Electrical wiring passes through the wall behind the cabinet, requiring rear wall access for connection to the UL Certified power supply.
